Today, I
will be blogging about an upper body workout that you can do to get nice toned
arms, and definition in the back. For this workout all you will need is a
chair and a towel, no weights or gym equipment. Incorporate this short upper body workout into your exercise routine to help you get the definition you want in your triceps, biceps, shoulders, and back. This workout has just a few of the many exercises that you can do to get
the visibility you want in the upper body.
Warm-up
30 jumping jacks
20 arms circles
1 minute jog in place
20 dynamic arm swings
30 jumping jacks
Workout (30 seconds intervals for each exercise)
burpees with a pushup
Chair dips
Wide grip pushup
Up and down plank
Diamond pushups(you can go onto the knees to make them easier)
Superman towel lift
Narrow grip pushup
(Do 3 sets of the
workout with a minute break in between each set)
